Shipping policy

Kilo Vintage ships pre-loved and vintage clothing items from Italy to selected destinations. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted carriers including Poste Italiane, BRT (Bartolini), or other national and international couriers depending on destination and operational needs. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on delivery address, package size, and availability.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 1–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International (non-EU): 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are non-refundable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Kilo Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

RISK OF LOSS

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist you in opening a claim with the courier where possible.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

USED / VINTAGE ITEMS DISCLAIMER

All items sold by Kilo Vintage are used, vintage, or pre-loved clothing unless otherwise specified.

Due to the nature of second-hand garments, minor signs of wear may be present. Slight imperfections are to be expected and are not considered defects unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and photos before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@kilovintage.eu.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
